How to read your family member's visits

This page shows what the care agency has your family member’s permission to share with you. You may see less than a neighbour or a sibling, because each person is named on the client’s own consent form.

First time

1. Open the page the office gave you.
2. Choose "Create my account" and type the invite code from the office. Pick a password of at least 12 characters.

What each tab shows

• Home: today’s visit and anything that needs your attention.
• Visits: the week ahead and past visits, with the times.
• Care plan: how to help, and what the agreement covers.
• Contact: how to reach the office, and how to send a question or a request.

If something looks wrong

1. Use the "Something is wrong" request on the Contact tab, or call the office.
2. If someone is in danger, call 911.
