Can't sign in?

Forgotten password, or an invite code that stopped working? A person at the office will give you a new code.

1. Call the office

   Say your name and whether you are a family member or a caregiver. We will check it is you.

   Use the office number from your invite message or your welcome letter.

2. We give you a one-time code

   It works once and lasts a short time. Nobody else can use it.

3. Enter it below and choose a new password

   Use at least 12 characters. A few words in a row is easy to remember.
